How Do We Charge?

All services are billed once per month, with payments processed on the 1st of each month. No matter how many visits you receive during the month, you’ll only see one monthly charge.

Do you provide dog waste removal all year round?
Yes! DoodieDoneRight provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
We love working in pet-friendly homes! For the safety of both your pets and our team, we ask that any dogs with aggressive behavior be kept secured during your cleaning appointment. If a pet becomes aggressive while our team is on-site, we may ask that they be placed inside or, if necessary, reschedule or stop service to ensure everyone’s safety.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
To keep our pricing affordable and routes efficient, we do not guarantee specific arrival times for pooper scooper services. Routes are optimized the night before service based on location and drive time. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate scheduling requests, exact service times cannot be promised.
Do I need to be home or provide yard access?
You don't need to be home! We just need access to your yard via a gate. If your gate is locked, we'll coordinate with you for a code or key. We always double-check and photograph the secured gate before we leave for your peace of mind.
How do you ensure safety for my dogs?
At our company, the safety of our clients and their pets is always a top priority. To help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria between yards, we thoroughly sanitize our equipment and footwear using pet-safe disinfectants after each visit. We also provide gate check photos after service for added peace of mind, ensuring your yard is secure and your pets stay safe. In addition, all team members are background-checked so you can feel confident knowing your property is in trusted hands.
